I really enjoyed 'Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World that Can't Stop Talking' by Susan Cain. This book caught my eye and helped me relies that I was actually an introvert. I always expected that I would "come out of my shell" to the point of almost bullying myself out of it, then "relapsing" and disappointing myself. Now I realise that I am who I am and that sometimes that means it's better for me to have a quiet evening in on my own.

I will had a look for your suggestion, I think it might be an interesting read too.
