PROTEIN BOMB

Ingredients:

Half pound of ground beef (I use venison/beef mix because is very lean)

3 eggs

Shredded cheese

Salt

Pepper

Worcestershire sauce

Whatever other seasonings you want

Diced onion

Chopped up bacon

Directions:

Brown beef in a large-ish pan (it is best to use a deep pan with a lid)

When meat is just about all the way cooked, add eggs, bacon, and onion

Stir until eggs are pretty much cooked

Add the cheese

Add seasoning/sauce as cheese is melting

Stir until everything is cooked all the way through

TIP: cook a few tortillas with it, make some breakfast tacos out of it

My boyfriend would eat this everyday if I felt like cooking it! I found it online somewhere years ago and have sort of adapted it over time. It's perfect if you love cheese :ecstatic:

FRESH CORNED BEEF HASH (will feed 2 people or one fairly hungry person)

Ingredients:

12 ounce can of corned beef (canned because it is easier to dice up and works best for this recipe)

Onion of your choice (I prefer red onion)

A single large potato

Salt

Pepper

Bacon (optional, ~3 pieces)

Worcestershire Sauce (optional)

Directions:

Dice (peeled and washed) potato, half of your onion, and corned beef (and the bacon if you chose to include it)

Add ingredients to a large-ish skillet, preferably with a lid

Cook ingredients on mid-high heat

Add 2 pinches of salt and as much pepper as you see fit before stirring (and optional Worcestershire Sauce)

Stir every 2 minutes so ingredients are cooked evenly

When not stirring, the lid should be on the skillet

Cut heat when diced potato is fully cooked

Consume

QUESADILLAS (super easy and versatile)

Ingredients:

I SUGGEST USING A CAST IRON FLAT SKILLET, BUT ANY FLAT SKILLET OR PAN WILL WORK

Tortillas of your choice (bigger tortillas for the best results, but these are more difficult to flip without having them fall apart)

Shredded cheese of your choice (the closest thing you'll get to the cheese you're supposed to make quesadillas with is Mozzarella)

Whatever you want to put inside the quesadilla, if you don't just want a cheese quesadilla (ground beef, chorizo, shredded chicken, fajita beef/chicken, donner kebab meat, etc are all decent fillings)

Directions:

Spray skillet/pan with canola oil or something similar

Turn on medium heat

Place tortilla onto skillet/pan

Place shredded cheese onto the tortilla

Wait until cheese starts to melt

[whatever else is going into quesadilla]

Add another layer of cheese

Place second tortilla onto the quesadilla

Wait until you can no longer (gently) push top tortilla off of quesadilla

Flip quesadilla (tongs or spatula work fine)

Cook until done

Consume when cooled somewhat
