Anyone enjoy this as a pastime?

I was digging around in the kitchen one afternoon, hoping my bananas would ripen soon for banana bread muffins, when I thought of green tea cupcakes. There are actually recipes for them that I'm going to try: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/green-tea-cupcakes/

I've only ever baked a pie and some brownies, and the pie turned out pretty "meh"
Hi, mac!

I like baking! But the problem is that I have too eat it also and since I'm already a few pounds to heavy it doesn't seem wise to bake so much.

I made a apple-cinnamon cake the other week. It was heavenly if I may say so :D

You can always use those cupcakes to earn some extra points at the office. ;)

I like baking too.

But it takes me a long time to get things right (right enough, definitely not perfect). Few days ago, I have finally discovered how to make a proper baguette (it was something like my 5th attempt, which is a little sad). A few weeks ago, I have made my first reasonably eatable croissants (4 depressing attempts preceded that) and before that, I have baked a crazy cake. I never knew you can stuff so many eggs and chocolate into one thing, but it worked quite well.

Lorn, have you ever eaten/made the green tea cupcake? I wonder if it tastes good and I can´t imagine it much.

I used to be able to bake apple cake, but I don't remember how anymore.
